Christ the King Church will administer and fund the tuition assistance program for parish families with children attending Christ the King School for the 2019 – 2020 school year. The church will be utilizing the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment tool to conduct the financial need analysis. Families applying for tuition assistance must complete an online application at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4JR2Y. The application is available in English and Spansih. In the upper right hand corner of the website, you may choose English or Espanol. If you need assistance to complete the onine submission, you may contact the school office (782-0614) or church office (783-7745). For help in completing the application in Spanish, please contact Maria at the church office. Our technology lab is open for your use to complete this process if needed, and we will assist you with faxing the necessary documents, if needed.
1. Payment of the $30 application fee.
2. Copies of your most recent tax forms to be uploaded, faxed, or mailed.
If you have children attending Trinity Junior High, you may complete the one application for both CTK and TJH. However, you must be sure to add all your children and mark Christ the King School/Church and Trinity Junior High at that time.
